MY NOT SO PERFECT LIFE

RE: "My Perfect Life" (from an earlier post).

So, about those doughnuts. I cannot eat doughnuts because I’m gluten-free. Now, I only savor them in my dreams.

Truth is, money is always a concern. I haven’t had a dental x-ray in years. I rarely buy new clothes. My HVAC system...well, it’s on it’s own.

But, that doesn’t stop me from writing. Sure, I’ve had to adjust. I’ve become a master at fixing things and making do. But, I write. Every day. I’ve written a novel, an accomplishment that fills me with pride and joy. Isn’t that kind of the point of life?
